MASTER PROCESS ENGINEER IN MEXICO

As Master Process Engineer, you will be part of the Methods department. You will train and lead a technical team of engineers to accomplish objectives.

You will be leading machinery installation and process development, to ensure process is in control by using problem solving and continuous improvement techniques

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent with focus on Process/Manufacturing and Maintenance.

  • Minimum 7 years of experience.
  • Experience in Core Builders, Fin Mills, Brazing process and Testers.
  • Wide knowledge for Pneumatic, Mechanic, Electric and Hydraulic systems.
  • Fluent Spanish/English written and spoken.

Structural Analyst Numerical Methods, Mjällby or Linköping

As Structural Analyst for Numerical Methods, you will be part of the Numerical Methods department within the RD&E organization. You will perform FEA simulations and drive the development or evolution of test & simulation methods.

You will be part of the general product development projects and, where needed, also coordinate or perform test activities to support them. You will report to the project team and the customer.

Besides project-related activities, you will perform generic Numerical Methods activities such as continuous improvement, technology-watch and in some cases training.

Required qualifications

Minimum Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent with focus on FEA design and mechanical testing

  • Minimum 3 years practical engineering experience in the field
  • Working knowledge in structural analysis
  • Knowledge of ANSYS (or similar programs)
  • Fluent in English, written and spoken. Swedish and/or German are a plus

TitanX Engine Cooling located in Jamestown, NY, a leading multinational engine cooling heavy truck supplier – has immediate openings.  We value candidates that are team players and able to work in a fast-paced lean manufacturing environment.  Education and prior work experience requirements are outlined below.

This position defines the strategy of the different commodities and manages the supplier relationship in order to purchase materials that fulfill the company requirements and targets in terms of Cost, Quality, Delivery and Service.  BA/BS Degree in Business Administration or related field.  Minimum of 4 years of experience in a purchasing position with tier one supplier to heavy truck industry and minimum of 1 year experience in engine cooling parts. Must be able to travel as needed.

Applications Engineer

TitanX Engine Cooling located in Jamestown, NY, a leading multinational engine cooling heavy truck supplier – has immediate openings.  We value candidates that are team players and able to work in a fast-paced lean manufacturing environment.  Education and prior work experience requirements are outlined below.

Develops vehicle mounting, environment, and detailed drawings for heat exchangers using 2D & 3D CAD and related software including FEA analysis as required.  Coordinates design and testing of engine cooling system and sub-systems.  Works with vendor engineering, process/manufacturing, and quality staff to assure a producible component of the highest possible quality.  Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent; 2 to 4 years related experience.
