Corrosion test equipmentInternal and external corrosion tests for cooling module components allow our products to meet the demands of internal and external environmental exposure. TitanX is able to perform ASTM B117 and ASTM G85-A3 SWAAT testing at its internal laboratories. TitanX also performs Environmental Temperature Cycling where heat exchangers are cycled between sub-zero and high ambient temperatures to simulate environmental temperature extremes. Testing can be carried out with a coolant mixture in the radiators and pressurization of the components.

TitanX super high performance radiator hits the road
To tackle 2010 EPA standards, Navistar contracted TitanX to be the preferred cooling module supplier.  "In numerous vehicle tests, our Super High Performance (SHP) radiators have proven to be the optimal solution for this extremely demanding application," says Matt Moore, President of North American Operations at TitanX.
