Delivering high quality products with an excellent service rate and launching new products on time and with zero defects not only at the start of production, but through the entire product life cycle, is what we call Total Quality.
We achieve Total Quality through “AutoQuality”, respect for standards, and quick reactions to deviations through deep problem analysis.
AutoQuality: Make it right the first time
- Building quality into our production processes, stopping work immediately if a problem occurs, and preventing the production of defective parts are fundamental
- Standardized work for maintaining quality and productivity at a world-class level
- Standardized work provides a consistent framework for performing a task at a defined rhythm, within the allocated tact time, and without any deviations from the standard
Quick Response Quality Control (QRQC)
To achieve customer satisfaction we must react quickly to all deviations. QRQC is a mindset at TitanX that requires the involvement of everyone at all levels and at all times. Management uses QRQC to face abnormalities, to eradicate recurrences, and to improve quality and productivity in all areas: Production, quality, purchasing, logistics, safety, and project management.
Deep Problem Analysis
TitanX grounds its Deep Problem Analysis on factor tree analysis and the thorough development of the “5 Whys” to identify root causes both 1) for why the problem occurred, and 2) for why the problem was not detected. Problems are reproduced to verify that the true root cause has been identified.
Certification
TitanX complies with international standards and is certified for ISO/TS 16949, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001.
